received official federal authorization on the 2nd of July 2008 from the Swiss government.
This new institution will launch a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management
using the resources and facilities of the highly-reputed Swiss institutions of Les
Roches International School of Hotel Management and Glion Institute of Higher Education.
Both of these institutions are ranked among the top 3 hospitality management schools
in the world for an international career (TNS, U.K, Global Survey, September 2007).

Les Roches Gruyère also offers you the opportunity to study a bachelor of Science
in International Hospitality Management offering two different pathways depending
on each students personal ambitions and interest. One pathway is the general International
Hospitality Management and is offered on our urban Glion and Bulle Campuses. The
other pathway has a concentration in Food, Beverage and Operations Management and
takes place on our Bluche campus,perfect for those who aspire to study in the majestic
Swiss Alps.
